Rent

You can choose between three types:

Type A - twelve months tenancy

The rental agreement covers the period from March 1 to February 28/29 or from September 1 to August 31; the monthly rent is EUR 395,--

Type B - six months tenancy

The rental agreement covers the period from March 1 to August 31 or from September 1 to February 28/29; the monthly rent is EUR 420,--

Type C - single month tenancy

The duration of the rental agreement is indivually defined on a monthly basis starting with the 1st of any month; the monthly rent is EUR 450,--

IN(N)ROOMS offer the advantage of an all-in rent. This rate includes the basic rent for a furnished room and communal facilities as well as a service fee for all additional costs like water, heating, electricity, administration, assicuration, internet, ecc.
